Message	and the bad grammer scream scam! A quick search of that email address mail2world shows it's a free email host. Good to know paypal is cutting costs in hard times. Checking your paypal account could verify what they say. And before clicking on a link provided by "customer service emails", mouseover it to see what the URL is.
